Q: How should I make my reservation?

A: Limousine trips are booked on a first come first basis. If you know you need the vehicle on a specific date and time, DON’T WAIT! Go ahead and book the date with us to secure your reservation for your special day. For weddings, we generally sell out 8-10 months in advance. All we require is a $150-$250 deposit.

Q: What vehicles do you offer?

A: Our fleet includes Shuttle Buses & Party buses of all sizes, and Motorcoaches. Please refer to our fleet page for more information.

Q: Are your vehicles insured?

A: Yes, all the vehicles are fully insured and inspected annually by:
1. Public Utilities Commission of Ohio
2. Ohio Depart of Transportation
3. Ohio State Highway Patrol

Q: What happens if a vehicle breakdown occurs?

A: As soon as a bus turns 3 we sell it and buy brand new, we have a full-time mechanic at their facility to make sure the vehicles are in top shape. God forbid there is an issue we will always have 1 vehicle in our fleet that we don’t book on purpose so we can send it out right away if there is an issue.

Q: Can I bring food and drinks into the vehicle?

A: Yes, we allow food and drinks in our vehicles. Our buses have built-in coolers that will be stocked with ICE for you to keep your drinks cold.

Q: Is smoking allowed?

A: No, smoking is not allowed in our vehicles. The includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and other tobacco or non-tobacco products consumed via smoking. Violating this policy will result in a $250 fee.

Q: Can we bring our own music?

A: Please do. All vehicles are equipped with state of the art sound systems. You can connect your device with an AUX cable or Bluetooth.

Q: When will I receive my chauffeurs contact information?

A: The chauffeur’s name and mobile telephone number & picture will be sent to you two days prior to your pickup date via email. If you booked for someone else, the chauffeur’s contact information will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process.
