Cleveland Script Signs
Visiting Cleveland, Ohio and wanting to commemorate with a photo at one of its script signs? Well, there are six Cleveland script signs to choose from and we are here to help you find them!
The Foundry
The Foundry sign is located at 1831 Columbus Rd. It sits next to the Cuyahoga river on the West Bank of The Flats. This location offers not only a great view of the Cleveland skyline, but a bridge to frame it! Walk across the street and enjoy a bite to eat at Brick and Barrel or Sainato’s Rivergate!
Northcoast Harbor
Northcoast Harbor’s script sign is at the East 9th pier in Voinovich Park. The East 9th pier is a great spot to catch the sunset and look out to the horizon of lake Erie. The Voinovich Park area provides a grass area to enjoy a picnic as well as multiple sand volleyball courts. On the pier is Nuevo Modern Mexican & Tequila bar, perfect to enjoy lunch or dinner on the water!
Edgewater Park
Edgewater Park’s sign can be found at upper Edgewater Dr. and is the most photographed and popular script sign to check out. The background of lake Erie, Edgewater park beach, and the Cleveland Skyline create a one-of-a-kind background. The park area has a playground and grills so you may want to pack for a picnic!
Tremont
The Tremont script sign is located at 1502 Abbey Ave in Tremont, Ohio. This area overlooks The Flats, Cleveland’s bridges, and surreal views of the city skyline. In fact, if the Guardians are having a game at Progressive Field, you may be able to capture some fireworks! You can also learn some Cleveland history with boards planted around the park with information about the city’s past.
Euclid Beach Park
Located on the east side of Cleveland, the Euclid beach park sign is at 16301 Lakeshore Blvd. It is the only script sign located east of the city. To get there, enter the Euclid beach via the Wildwood/Villa Angela Drive. Then, walk over the pedestrian bridge to reach the sign. This park features a beach and a pier to walk out and enjoy the beautiful scenery of lake Erie. There is also a playground and grills so pack up and enjoy a day on the beach!
Cleveland Airport
The Cleveland airport script sign at 5800 Riverside Dr. is welcoming to all out-of-towners but few will go to the airport to “seek it out” for pictures. There’s no background views and its in Hopkins Airport’s baggage claim area near carousel #1!
